    We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

    And our Online Returns Center makes the entire process super easy.

    We offer the following options for approved returns:

    • Refund to original payment method
    • Exchange

    Returns Reasons

    When you lodge your return request via our Online Returns Center, you will be asked to select from the following Returns Reasons:

    • Need a different size
    • Incorrect item received
    • Parcel damaged on arrival
    • Other (Please specify in additional notes)

    You will be able to upload images at this time.

    Returns Approval

    Please don't return items to us until advised to do so. We will let you know once your Return is approved via email.

    We will also let you know the Return Shipping Address for you to return your items to.

    As soon as your returned items are received, we'll let you know. 

    We'll also let you know once your resolution method - refund, store credit or exchange - has been processed.

    Approved Return Items Must Be and Include:

    • All original tags must still be attached to Items
    • Print off of your Confirmation of Purchase must be included
    • Original packaging must be included
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged


    Shipping on Returns

    • If you receive an incorrect item we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
    • If you receive a damaged item, you will only need to supply photos of the damaged item in its original packaging. This is done in our Online Returns Center.
    • If you're returning an item because you chose the wrong size, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us in this instance.
